The extender works reliably, it just gets a little hotter. The price is higher. It depends on everyone what extender wants to use, I used it to extend the Internet in the garden to places where it does not rain and the signal is stable but to cover 331m2 is not enough yet I used another and it already works.
To date, it still does not support ethernet backhaul. On the router is marked cable connection, but the wifi connection between the router and RE705X is not turned off, i.e. a loop is created and the network is overwhelmed. So I'm going without a cable for now. Hopefully the update will fix that.
