For me 0% improvement in reception in the back room of the apartment where my daughter has her laptop. Installation total chaos. You can download the driver (beware TP-Link does not know the product number of its AC600! ), but that's the end of the manual. The driver is installed, but nothing happens at first. No utility added, nothing to indicate that the transmission is now via USB antenna. After hours of searching and researching, you will find that when you slide the antenna out and in, the laptop makes a sort of WI-FI2 network access, which you apparently have to switch to. I guess. There's no mention of it anywhere. However, even this new WI-FI2 does not have a better signal. So a rating of zero.
