Maybe because half of the diodes are pointing diagonally to the sides the luminosity is extremely poor. So much so that even a 10x cheaper flasher shines better. For some, however, the partial sideways illumination can be an advantage. As a big plus, however, I would mention the relatively wide mounting options (mounting with one of the two brackets: one for the handlebars/saddlebag/, the other for the jacket/backpack/helmet/. ).
