A battery that has e.g. 600A is charged to 480A and after the test the loader writes (battery weaker)
It stops charging at 13V (in nine stages) and stops charging. when you measure the battery with a battery charger it has 75% charge and you just can't get more into it. They can't gradually increase capacity. tested on several batteries and it always stops at 13V regardless of (A) battery capacity.
A normal stupid charger that can shut off at the end.
