I’m not particularly happy with the bin; the cartridges are expensive and, because it’s a spinning model, it uses quite a lot of ink. I also buy non-original ones, and when there are more nappies, the bags always tend to come apart quite easily. It’s also impossible to turn it comfortably with just one hand, because the whole bin moves. So I very often just put the plastic bag in the bin, because it’s more convenient. The lid doesn’t seal properly on one side, so you can still smell the odour from time to time. I could have just bought a standard sealing basket – I did better than that.
The basket serves its purpose, however the cartridges are quite overpriced. On Allegro you can buy 100M rolls, refills, they last for months, cost literally a few crowns, refilling the cartridge itself takes about 3 minutes and they still come with a specific scent.
Even one star is too many. Either I have a defective piece or the product overall sucks. I'm spinning and spinning, the basket makes one "twist" and it's over. Of course, the way the twist is one, it will loosen at the slightest pressure. The disgusting plastic smell is just such a "bonus".
you can buy such rolls of plastic that can be slipped into the cassette, normally using a roll of paper. then it will not cost so much and I can already guess how much to put there for one week, which is how long it takes us to fill the basket (3 m). The basket has a beak at the back that you can grab with one hand. a great thing when you have a baby in a carrier.
Although we were told by friends that they weren't happy with similar buckets, we ordered this one and used it to its full potential for quite a while.
