Today this is no longer the case, filters can be conveniently bought here on Alza for a nice price. The only disadvantage of the fountain has already been solved, today I have nothing to complain about it. Still very quiet after about three months of operation.

I had a problem getting the cable with the control button through the designated hole - I think it would be OK to make the hole a little bigger.
Some of the metal edges seemed very sharp to me - but fortunately these are the ones that are covered by a rubber seal during operation, so the animal cannot come into contact with them and injure itself
There are typos and errors in the application (e.g. it says "comfirm" instead of "confirm" everywhere)
In the instructions it was stated that in the application it is possible to start water purification by UV radiation (and at the same time on the pump itself there is attached something that looks like a small light bulb), but I did not find the possibility of starting this purification anywhere
