Probably the best “tool“ I' ve ever had. I' m focused almost exclusively on rallies and after moments of getting used to it, I can' t imagine a race without this steering wheel. Surely there are a few ailments, in addition to the stench of cooling, the fans are also quite noisy, I personally do not mind, because I have headphones, but someone could. Even if you screw the pedals as far apart as possible, the gaps are still relatively small, so a player with large blades could have a problem, but this applies to a relatively small percentage of users. Otherwise, I can' t think of anything important, I basically don' t regret the only crown I invested in the steering wheel.
Force feedback works absolutely precisely.
1080 ° rotation.
Works on both PC and PS.
Solid construction.
Clutch pedal.
There is not much better to buy in this category.
When the steering wheel starts to cool down, a terrible stench comes out of it, perhaps it will “come out“ in time.
after purchase together with the parking brake, the brake did not work after connection. after the next connection, the steering wheel did not go: (: D itself a complication. so again break down the whole set, and return g29.
Before this steering wheel I had a T150, then a Logitech G923. Of course this one is the best of the bunch, but if you're deciding between the G923 or G29/G920 and the T150, definitely go with the T150. Logitech, in my opinion, only works on design. However, this is the only Logitech product that is, in my experience, about worthless for the price.
All great. only if you don't have a playseat you need to put the pedals on the ground on something non-slippery. Also, if you're switching from joystick, just hang in there. not immediately notice the difference in speed. 😁😂 I was slower in the beginning 😂
Lubricate the internal aluminum thread of the attachment to the MD table with spray, this is not a negative, just a recommendation. Let it slide better 😁
Force-feedback seems strong enough to me (depends on the game setting).
Software adjustable maximum angle of rotation. When this is reached, the steering wheel starts to pull sharply in the opposite direction. While I'm not pushing forcefully beyond that limit, it feels almost like there's a stop. (It doesn't work that well in car-specific games, I don't know if it's just the game giving a software-weak command, or if this stronger brake is limited by the steering wheel to driver-set limits. )
The brake pedal is at least a little stiffer than the other two (I haven't tried using a stopper).
The steering wheel has no play (when I finally got it to fit well on several attempts), it holds firm, responds instantly to turning.
The first piece I had to claim, one pedal didn't work.
The quality of the pedals is questionable.
The plastic on the steering wheel sticks to your hands when playing for long periods of time. The sweep paddles catch dirt quite well.
The calibration of the steering wheel strikes me as if it's trying to destroy itself. First full left, then full right. It would be nice if he ended up staying in a central position, but he usually ends up somewhere on the side.
The calibration always starts when the USB power is turned on, which for example happens for me even when I turn off the laptop.
The USB cable is not removable.
The clamping mechanism is not very practical. The screw presses the legs against the underside of the table. The problem is that when I turn the screw, of course the feet want to turn too. Finally there is a notch there, but even in it the bottom part can rotate a bit. (Not a problem if you plan to mount it once).
The steering wheel axis is not fully centred.
When it starts to heat up, it's not exactly quiet (but usually the game drowns it out so it's not a problem unless you're playing with headphones when someone else is in the room).
It took a few tries before I managed to tighten the screw that holds the steering wheel to the base. It wasn't exactly pleasant when a more off-road race caused the steering wheel to come loose.
The square, triangle, square, circle and X buttons are not exactly intuitively placed. In the menu you can use OK, during the race it is sometimes difficult to find them.
Dirt gets into the pedals and sticks to the brown grease. It probably needs to be cleaned occasionally, or lubricated, so that the pedal does not squeak.
The gradual build-up of drag force into the steering wheel is much more natural
The pedals could be more stable, they tend to lift up when braking hard and stepping on the brake - they need to be fixed
Sometimes the steering wheel still cools down after the PC is put to sleep and the fan does not turn off even after cooling down
Rubber welt, personally I prefer more leather than on the G25 or alcantara
Does not include a steering lever
