Friendly and helpful staff.
New steering wheel ordered for 15000 + TH8A gift. The next day, the price of the steering wheel was already less than 17,000 and without a gift. The steering wheel came used and damaged?!
So I'm trying a replacement. The situation repeats itself and again they send me a damaged piece. Cooling starts immediately after calibration and runs for the entire playing time and is still noisy. The power supply and the motor in the steering wheel are beeping.
I was expecting solid behavior from this company and instead Alza is trying to scam me
