in my experience - very accurate temperature measurement. I bought 3, all show difference not greater than +-0.2 C one from another
great app - allows to connect many devices, show temperature online and also allows to export to CSV file from device's memory
devices save temperature inside themselves every few minutes for 2 years (according to the description), even when the app is not connected
using for several months already, looks like the best solution for documenting the temperature
