I had previous experience with Tesla robots, so I reached for the "better" model. But I got burned as hell. On the second mopping, he stopped dispensing water. A complaint was made but the fault was not rectified. In addition, after about a month, the battery lost a significant part of its capacity. It was claimed at the same time as an unresolved mopping fault. The battery was replaced in the service but the mopping fault was not repaired again. The technician only wrote a recommendation that I should wet a mopping cloth before mopping. At the end of the mopping, the cloth was dry and again almost no water had escaped from the container. At the moment the vacuum cleaner is on complaint for the third time and I have been waiting for almost a month and the complaint is still not resolved. I have had the vacuum cleaner since November and I have only used it for a few days. He spent the rest of it in the complaint. I definitely do not recommend this product. I'm definitely done with this brand and I hope Alza will refund my money so I can get a robot from another brand.

I bought it mainly because of the laser navigation and it is known to go through the apartment much better than the older robotic vacuum cleaner I had before. It has bigger tanks than most other models so I don't have to empty them as often, which is nice. And I appreciate the Quiet Mode, the difference in volume compared to normal suction is quite noticeable. I'm still going to try using mapping and splitting the intake areas, so hopefully they'll satisfy in that too.

The vacuum cleaner has decent parameters considering the price - laser navigation, decent suction power, large container for dust and water. Its biggest problem is the competition in the form of the Xiaomi Mi Robot 2 Pro, which offers in the same price range more suction power, can mop and vacuum at the same time and MOST importantly has a sophisticated application that has about 70% more features that you can really use. Purchased -> paired with app -> found out how unfinished it is -> returned -> purchased Xiaomi -> very satisfied ☺
