I have two pots, I first bought it for the cottage to save time and space, but I've grown so fond of it that I have a second one at home in my apartment. Slow cooking (at about 90°C) is ideal for strong broths overnight (12-14h), confit in oil and lard (duck, rabbit about 3h) and then various meats into cubes with vegetables - but there you need to get a little experience, how much time and liquid to give the meat to not dry out and do evenly. You can also slow cook with an ordinary pot lid of the same diameter, this will make washing easier.
Pressure cooking fully replaces the conventional pressure cooker and rice cooker. There are hundreds of recipes for the American original InstantPot on the net that work 100% here. Pressure steaming on a grid or in a regular steamer is also interesting for vegetables, fish fillets or poultry breasts. To the pot itself - there are too many buttons. All it would take is a pressure and time setting. Anyway, the buttons do nothing but preset the time and pressure (high/low). For a reason unknown to me, it doesn't have a regular cooking function with power adjustment - not just this pot, but most other multifunctional ones. Without pressure, there is only slow cooking and a Frying program to sear meat and vegetables to the max. performance. It's a shame, if there was such a program, it would replace the whole stove in case of emergency while travelling.
