The predecessor to this pot (another brand) vandalized my range hood one inclement afternoon, so I reached for this one. I can't get enough of it. The pressure adjustment is really nice. It is a good idea to disassemble and wash the pressure valve after each use. And in that case you will probably lose at least one of the silicone caps, of which there are three and without them the "pusher" does not work. Too bad there aren't replacements already included, because you're going to get them this weekend.
