I tried the basic cream ice cream for the very first time. I followed the instructions exactly, cooled all the ingredients, iced the device (which is the worst point of preparation, count on the fact that the whole container has to spend time in the freezer, where not everyone has free space to spare. ), but the ice cream took much longer than it should have and in the end I didn't have a creamy ice cream anyway, but such a slightly more liquid cream, in which after putting it in the freezer huge ice lumps formed.
