problem in temperature setting
when setting the temperature to 180° C for frying croquettes (fries), they were just soaking in oil for about 30 minutes, while they should be ready in 4-5 minutes and we measured the oil temperature max. only 120° C and that's really not enough for frying
we didn't even use it and we took the fryer to claim

Working with it is great, only I have to keep it at full temperature all the time, even after a slight reduction the temperature is insufficient, but it doesn't matter. The fries take twice as long as the instructions, but otherwise OK.
