I bought the exact same mug 6 years ago in Germany. It wasn't Tefal brand, but it's exactly the same, including the packaging. In other words, Tefal just put a brand name on it; ) I still use it today and it shows no signs of damage, except for the cap. The locking mechanism in the lid broke, so the lid no longer holds, and only works as a lid. I can't evaluate the function of the cap because they could have fine-tuned it over the years: )
