I originally wanted to give 5 stars. The product is compact and heats up quickly. BUT. It is explicitly stated on the product that the heating plates are dishwasher safe. After one wash in the dishwasher, the plates/plates have oxidised (on the opposite side to the one that comes into contact with the food). They were all grey. The paint stayed on my hands after touching it. Everything was dirty. We had to have them for a long time.
Normally I would send the product back, but I don't want to deal with a lengthy complaint. We keep using it. Definitely not in the dishwasher!
I am satisfied with the product. I buy the Tefal brand repeatedly and I haven't made a mistake here either. Compared to cheaper models from competitors, I like that it really evenly toasts without burning. It's smaller and you can't get big toasted bread in it, but it's a matter of opinion. Personally, I don't mind. If you catch a discount like I did, I definitely recommend it because it's well worth the money.

Great, the size is just right, it's not unnecessarily big like the others I've had before. It bakes pretty fast. For waffles not yet bitten, but toasted well and quite quickly. Compared to the previous one I had, it has a longer cable which is also great I don't see anything to complain about, for me satisfaction. Dishwasher safe plates
For me, great satisfaction. the plates can be easily removed and washed in the dishwasher, the dough or toast does not stick, the browning is even on both sides and it is very compact.
I am very satisfied with the product, it has totally exceeded my expectations, what I like most is that there are no gaps where cheese or dough could spill out, the plates are light and easy to wash. Maximum satisfaction
