I bought this toaster recently and I’m extremely pleased with it. The appliance works brilliantly; the toast comes out perfectly crispy and, thanks to the removable plates, it’s absolutely hassle-free to clean. It’s a brilliant and practical kitchen aid.

I originally wanted to give 5 stars. The product is compact and heats up quickly. BUT. It is explicitly stated on the product that the heating plates are dishwasher safe. After one wash in the dishwasher, the plates/plates have oxidised (on the opposite side to the one that comes into contact with the food). They were all grey. The paint stayed on my hands after touching it. Everything was dirty. We had to have them for a long time.
Normally I would send the product back, but I don't want to deal with a lengthy complaint. We keep using it. Definitely not in the dishwasher!
