Before buying, I was worried about the French quality of the handle mechanism and I was justifiably worried. Total shock! After a few uses, the handle constantly gets stuck and cannot be removed. The mechanism is made of poor plastic. When inhaled, it interferes with the food area, so it is constantly messy and not easy to wash. The famous indication of temperature is a complete joke, perhaps it lights up at the temperature of the sun. Tefal never again.
