The removable handle is a really great invention that saves a lot of space and allows you to use the pots and pans in the oven. I like cooking more and more, especially dishes can go in the dishwasher. The lids are great for placing in the fridge and I got the lids for the original set a while back.

I've had stainless steel cookware with removable handles for several years and it's still functional and I love that it saves space and can be used in the oven.
