I've had stainless steel cookware with removable handles for several years and it's still functional and I love that it saves space and can be used in the oven. That's why I ordered this larger set for my daughter. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the material used ( Teflon) as a non-stick coating for the pans.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the pans have a non-stick Teflon surface, which doesn't suit me. I would welcome a clean stainless steel or ceramic surface. Just something really healthy
