In 2021 I purchased a Tefal GV9610 steam generator. While still under warranty, in less than two years, it experienced a repeated failure that the service did not resolve. Alza offered to exchange it for a Tefal GV9620 steam generator. Now, in 2026 the failure has occurred again, i.e. in 5 years, THREE times broken. Tefal steam generator is NOT recommended.
