I have owned one Optigrill for 5 years. The only thing that bothered me about it was its small size. That's why I got a second bigger one to go with the smaller one. We use it almost daily.
We are very satisfied with the contact grill. It's great for preparing steak and burgers. I definitely recommend the XL version - it's just right. I appreciate the solved dripping into the bowl (a big improvement over the previous model I had).
