An excellent tool for fast and oil-free food preparation. French fries, croquettes but also fish fingers, for example, are excellent. We hesitated for a while to buy it and we did well to opt for it.
The somewhat nonsensical designation that it is a fryer segments it from the universal use that this product actually offers. I think it should be called "Tabletop Hot Air Oven"
It's actually a remo oven with a fan, so absolutely a great thing for anywhere when you don't have room for an oven. The heating coil is located at the top with a fan above it and the vessel at the bottom.
I think it's an ingenious solution to an ingenious remoscope and fan. The 1500w output is sufficient and you actually save money. because most electric hot air ovens (that's really how it's spelled) start at 2kW+.
Plus, it's quite nicely designed. For me, I recommend it.
