Frying 1 kg of bought frozen chips in 30-35 minutes. Really crispy fried. Great for toasting bread cubes or rolls for soup. In 5 minutes done and evenly browned to a crisp.

So far everything is perfect. For about 6 servings of fried chicken legs, 1kg of frozen green beans and 1kg of boiled potatoes for browning, total of 2 tablespoons of lard used, total cooking time about 70 minutes. A delicious lunch.
French fries great, fried cheese has always run out so far, which may be my fault in the process. Classic mushroom fry very good.
A great helper in the preparation of fried onions, the fat does not burn.
