The leash option is quite nice, it's a quality material. Overall the bike is totally awesome, variable height, one or two wheels in the back, it's totally awesome.
But especially the rubberized wheels, one is not bothered by that typical sound of plastic wheels on the pavement and so on, it is beautifully quiet!
