The van was missing the longest bolt in the wall which is a serious problem when you drive 50 kilometres to the nearest hardware store. Alza's carrier refused to take the goods to the house and unloaded them about 100 m away on the pond embankment. If I pay an extra charge for an oversized package for shipping to my house, it should look different. I really hope that the bolt will be available at the hardware store and everything can be anchored to the wall smoothly. In short: I don't consider this purchase a happy one, so I am.
