I followed the instructions exactly - I dissolved two tablets in a full reservoir and dropped 6 times with the cleaning capsule. The cleaning light has not gone out and is still on, therefore the machine still requires cleaning. For the price and spending half a packet, it's not really worth it, as it didn't clean the coffee machine.
