The product is poorly designed or manufactured, the Power and Volume buttons cannot be used when using the protective cover on the iPhone 6s. The plastic that covers the buttons is too stiff.
Returning the goods at alza - no problem, you can't just stick a label on the package and hand it over at the nearest Post Office like at other e-shops, you have to go either to the branch or to the post office... that's how it goes with a whiny alien...
