The workmanship looks good. The leg of the holder is not long, so the centre of gravity is optimal. If you have your phone in a silicone case, it can't fall out when tightened, when it's loose, it doesn't just slip out. For use without a case, the package includes pads on the feet to keep the phone from slipping and rubbing.
Good centre of gravity
The two reducing delineators should probably fit on every handlebar, unless they are atypical.
I've seen models that had integrated rubber suspenders on them, then it's a total deal breaker.

If it weren't for the narrow clamping ring, I wouldn't buy it.
- narrow clamping ring for handlebar tube
- no clamping lever, but a screw for fixing, impossible to remove without tools
- rotation adjustment is not continuous, but only in 90° increments, again it is necessary to loosen the Allen screw
- metal design with many corners, ev. additional possibility of injury in a fall
