Good backrest recline adjustment mechanism.
Possibility to swivel the armrests + slide forward and backward.
Height. I'm 188cm. If you are over 175cm (the average height of a man in the Czech Republic), forget about the headrest - even in the highest position you will bump into it with your shoulders. in the lowest position is perhaps for a ten-year-old child.
"Rocking chair". at the bottom there is a screw to adjust the rocking of the chair. The screw can be turned (very hard), but it does NOTHING. The seat is locked at a parallel angle to the floor. I'm not sure if it's just for decoration or if the problem is just with my piece.

Overall, it's a comfortable, yet nice and quiet chair, even for a large person, or if you want to sit in a turk it's not a problem. but the lumbar support needs a tune-up. it is possible to adjust the backrest pressure to be less on the back, but some people may not like it, I have seen more comfortable solutions. Watch out for the grafting wheel to the loincloth, I've already ripped it off.
I chose for higher load capacity up to 130Kg, because it should be more durable chairs for longer work at the computer 8+ hours
the seat cushion is really big for big people, it's a kind of stiff foam/rubber, makes it feel harder, but probably harder to sit on, the butt doesn't hurt from sitting: )
the armrests are adjustable in three directions (forward, backward, diagonally), and height adjustable.
although the unloaded chair rattles a bit when rolling (thanks to the metal base), it is very quiet when loaded, no creaking etc.
the rocking of the chair is not classic, but only the backrest moves, which pushes on your back with different forces, as it suits you
the armrests can't be completely folded down (but that doesn't necessarily matter) and are made of a relatively "stiff material" like the dashboard in a car (probably durable)
the chair is on regular castors (I don't notice anything rubberized on them)
the lowest inclination of the backrest is not to lie down, but about max. 45° (not advertised, but more would be nice)
my biggest problem is with the lumbar support. is height adjustable, and should be depth adjustable as per the instructions. I have to play around with it because it's quite stiff and I'm having a bit of a hard time finding the ideal position. there is no point in addressing the depth, minimal difference.
