It is a comfortable chair to sit on and it seems to me, which suits me, that it is higher at its maximum extension than regular chairs with backrest and that suits me because I often need to be in a little higher position for painting. I hope it will serve me for a long time. I immediately took my old wooden swivel chair without wheels to my studio, it's enough for me there and I'm thinking in the future that I might buy this new one on wheels there too. Jan
