Immediately after plugging in and commissioning, the camera did not load in the app. After contacting the manufacturer, I was told that this problem occurs mainly with Samsung mobile phones, with which it simply does not cooperate. I have a Samsung galaxy S21+ 5G and it doesn't work. I will be returning the camera and buying another one, quite disappointing.
