For walking it is fully sufficient, but for running I would be worried with my 180cm and 90kg. I turn it on and as it starts to ramp up, I start boosting to 5th k-6. km and with my weight no problem-more than the rustle from the belt I can hear my shoes.
3 times a day for an hour on the 5th k-6. km and full of comfort. But I wouldn't dare run on it - narrow waist. One wobble and BOOM.
I recommend it to everyone for normal classic walking in any weather.
It works well, quietly, silently. the engine does not heat up-good ventilation.
Today, after 3 weeks and +- 350km, I vacuumed it in the engine compartment- unscrewed the cover, adjusted the belt and lubed it.

That's why I'm going to 1st period. -3 times a day. And I don't want to put any more strain on the belt. But it's not a fault in the belt, but already in me.
