easy to stick to the wall/solid smooth surface
it's easy to stick photos etc. on it, and it really sticks like a magnet
photos peel off perfectly as if nothing, yet hold great
I have it stuck on the wall and after a few days tried to peel it off to see if it would damage the plaster - no sign at all, so great.
