Since there are few reviews here that give you real user feedback on these headphones, I'll be happy to throw it in here to help you with your selection. Out of the box you get a really beautifully crafted headphones, the metals and plastics feel premium, the headphones are a bit heavier than anything I've ever had (HyperX cloud, II, III Wireless and Alpha, etc.), but they feel better on your head and you don't feel like you have headphones made of cheap and light materials, which I didn't even realize until then. Under the headphones themselves there are cables (USB-C for charging, USB-A to USB-C (adapter for people who don't want to have the larger Cčkovej dongle plugged into the PC) dongle itself and AUX cable. The headphones are very comfortable on the head and I'm not afraid to say even more comfortable than the Cloud II with the cushioning of the earcups being like a soft mattress after a long day at work. They have a little more "clamping force" than the Cloud II so they perfectly dampen ambient sounds, fitting firmly and comfortably on the head. On the backs of the headphones are a bunch of controls, headphone on, BT, microphone mute, volume wheel and AUX jack. When I connected the headphones to my PC, I was quite surprised at how much better they sounded than the HyperX Cloud II or Logitech G Pro X. And that's without any setup. The highs may be a little overdone, but everyone has a different flavor of tones. The real fun started with SW Sonar which is necessary for the headphones. Here comes the first update to the firmware, BT and other features of the headphones. In Sonar, not only can you set a million EQs directly for your game or music, but there's also a bunch of settings and, for the masochists, an additional volume boost before audio processing, where even a +8dB (max +12dB) value doesn't distort the sound as much. Which is a big advantage for people who enjoy music to the max and especially the bass. I'm honestly pretty boiled on those myself! gaming headset! and after reconfiguration in SW they sound really perfect and Sonar doesn't lack one thing that other SWs lack (Ngenuity is really a complete disaster compared to Sonar). After setting up the headphones and updating, I set about tuning the microphone, where the EQ for the shoulder mic (yes that's really what the profile is called), the guys at DC told me that I sounded about 10x better than with a Cloud II or Logitech mic. So even though you can read on reviews that the microphone is not the best, for me it's an upgrade and thanks to Sonar the microphone sounds great. To make matters worse, the microphone has a built-in LED that signals in red that the microphone is muted, even when muted in Win or by a button on the back of the headset. I've had the headphones for a short time, but I enjoy them 10x more than other manufacturers, right out of the box. I have only one comment about the headphones, and that is that the volume scroll wheels have almost no resistance in scrolling the volume, and the wheels are not dependent on the sound settings in Win. So if you find the headphones quiet and you have everything set to maximum in Win, on the left side there is a wheel for the volume of the headphones themselves and on the right is the volume of the ambient sounds when someone is talking to you. Both wheels have really little resistance in moving, so unintentional muting of the headphones is out of the question. I recommend the headphones to anyone who is not quite decided and is choosing headphones like me in the price range of around 5000, bought with a discount from Alzadny for 4299. And this price the headphones 100% defend. Be it the quality of processing, sound, SW or microphone. From now on, I will only buy SteelSeries headsets, because this is really a bomb for the money.
