In my opinion 100% worth the money. I've had good experiences except for a few minor bugs, mainly the adapter.

Removable microphone
The USB-c adapter is wide enough to block other ports on the PC
The USB-c adapter is firmly connected to the headphones. You lose the adapter, you don't have wireless functionality
The additional software requires online registration, so I preferred not to use it. Do the headphone manufacturers want my data?
