I bought two pieces and it's a really crappy product. the whole glass foot on the biz is mounted on two small plastic pins, which do not hold the tension of the soaked rag, so it folds itself when lifted from the floor and after a few days breaks. absolutely unusable on stairs, where the mop needs to be lifted onto different surfaces. the cloth is a pretty big diaper, which is good, but the construction can't hold the soaked cloth, so you'll be constantly snapping the head until the beaks fall off. the magic hook looks clever, but the lever will break the plastic after the first day of use. I have successfully claimed a broken one on the store, but the new piece is exactly the same flimsy piece of plastic. you really mustn't push on the bar, otherwise it will bend and break - the 4-part folding is a stupid idea. you can spread water on the floor, but once there is a little bit of dirt and it has to be pressed down, it is really at the limit of usability. a golden ordinary wooden broom with a wrapped rag!
