I was very disappointed with the carrier’s service. For a delivery charge of 400 Kč, I would have expected a professional service, but the reality was quite the opposite. The parcel arrived badly damaged, battered and even with holes in several places. Furthermore, the carrier completely ignored the warning labels on the box, which clearly stated that the parcel must not be transported on a pallet, yet it was secured to one nonetheless.
The main problem, however, arose during the delivery itself. The service description clearly states that delivery is to the first lockable door. The driver was unable to remove the parcel from the car at all, let alone do anything to help with it
