Works with iPhone without additional setup. I just had to buy a Lightning to Jack reducer.
For the price it works well, I am satisfied.
It's cheap, you can't expect miracles. The sound is appropriate for the price and size of the microphone. But in addition there is the occasional crack and minor defects.
