The headphones are amazing. They do not press on the ears but surround them. They push up to the head but not hard. They don' t even press on the top of the head because they hold the ears well enough. Very comfortable to wear. I almost didn' t hear the train on the train.
I had to install the sony headphones application on Android, where I almost unintentionally agreed to collect data. However, after pairing using the application, it is possible to uninstall it and continue to use the headphones without any problems.

I like the function of suppressing ambient noise and letting only the spoken word pass through
Multiple devices can be connected at the same time (easy switching between them via the mobile app)
If you don' t know how to set the equalizer, there is a type guide in the application (A or B sound is better, you go through a few steps and the application sets the equalizer for you)
Using the application, you can switch the " settings" of noise reduction (depending on the position). For example. at home I have noise suppression turned off, outside turned on, at work dialog skipping turned on.
They seem light to me, and I don' t feel discomfort even after wearing them for a long time
This cannot be considered a disadvantage of this product, but the ears simply sweat in closed headphones
