The headphones are very comfortable to wear (even long term). The tap control takes some practice. Too bad you can't adjust the tap sensitivity more. I end up knocking on the earpiece rather than around my ear (only works on one side). The tap can only be set in a limited way (e.g. volume at all - 5 taps required; and most of the options are paired, so you can't arbitrarily define 2x, 3x, 5x tap on right/left ear).
They fit great in the ears and don't press at all (I have smaller ears and most headphones don't fit me) - they don't fall out at all or move, so they'll definitely be good for running
So are XS size earbuds (great for smaller ear canals), which you don't often see
great sound (just Sony quality)
lots of settings in the app (e.g. pause when headphones are removed or switched off when talking starts)
the possibility of "café" background sound, which does not strain the ears as much, but allows you to filter out the surroundings better
ANC works well for me (but I have no experience with other headphones)

Noise cancellation works great, ambient sounds are significantly muted and do not cause disturbance. Even though I have sensitive ears, these don't hurt me even with prolonged use.
