First of all, I would never think of buying wireless headphones. If it weren't for the unhelpful neighbours, I probably would never have thought about this issue. As far as the use with TV is concerned, they are great and comfortable. Sound reproduction (as far as TV is concerned) has been noticeably smoothed.
