they don't have bluetooth
on the headphones, only volume control or track switching, not both. Lacks the ability to stop the music
when you don't have music playing, the headphones are constantly disconnecting and reconnecting - you hear the sounds of connecting and disconnecting
there is a strange arrhythmic clicking in the headphones

the USB-C connector is too wide. Some people may not be able to fit the phone or tablet charging port through the packaging

The headphones sound nice, but you need to play around with the settings in the Inzone Hub app after connecting them to your PC. You also need to select "INZONE Buds - Game" as the default device in Windows. The default mode is "INZONE Buds - Chat", which is designed for chatting, but music and games sound bad in it.
The headphones sound really good, especially if one plays around with the equalizer a bit.
The ANC quality is sufficient given the size of the headphones - especially when flying or riding public transport.
The microphone is average, but it's enough - when playing on PC, other players can hear me just fine.
Music player control via the headphone buttons via bluetooth is not working (tested on Samsung S23 - after locking the phone, the headphone buttons do not work quite often.

Great for PS5. Until now, I've been replacing the headset after my old Logitech G633, but each time they failed in something. Whatever the sound, comfort, always something and I finally found the right one. The Inzone Buds have a great balanced sound for me, the bass is just right, the spatial perception is great and most importantly they are incredibly comfortable in the ears, you really hardly feel them. I was a little dubious about plugs to play with, but needless to say. On the contrary, I found them more to my liking. To PS5 for me a great choice, I do not regret the purchase Despite the slightly higher price. I can highly recommend it; )
