It plays great, no glitches, catches stations better than my old car radio. My only complaint would be the initial setup. If you have the problem that the radio won't turn off when you turn off the engine, try looking in the manual and swapping the wiring, I struggled with this myself for a while (advice for one reviewer here: D). However, it is automatically set so that if you turn off the engine, the radio will beep 3 times after a while. It can be turned off, I just couldn't find it in the manuals and advised youtube. As for the microphone, I always ask the other party how they can hear me and it's always good/excellent/excellent. if you buy it at a discount you will constantly praise how great a deal it was, if you buy it at the regular price you won't regret it either. My only complaint is the hooks for removing the radio from the car, they bent before I even got them in properly. but that's really small potatoes.

The only two drawbacks are that it doesn't automatically turn off when the ignition is turned off, and while the radio is on I can't lock the whole car.
Always after turning off the ignition, turning off the radio and restarting it ALWAYS resets the whole radio even if the DEMO is turned off, it always resets the whole thing and doesn't remember any settings, I don't know if it's the electrics in the car or a faulty piece of radio.

Sometimes the feature where it connects itself to my phone and I don't have to click anything doesn't work, but that way I just turn it off, on and it works immediately. So not exactly a negative.
I would rather not use the microphone that is in the radio, I had a SONY older series before, and the microphone worked absolutely great, here supposedly I am not heard and it has more response. But at least the ringtone starts playing and you just put your phone on speaker, so no problem.

Pairs with iPhone XR via Bluetooth, AUX and USB! First of all, I don't like bluetooth. then I downloaded the Sony Music Center app, didn't even open it, tried the bluetooth again and it worked. just turn it off and try and go.
