I have several sonoff switches (lights, sockets, water heating), they work great. This device also has a LAN feature so it doesnt need to use the Sonoff servers on the internet if you are using it on the same Wifi as your mobile.
I've been using these sockets since the first series - I have to admit that now, the pairing is much more friendly than at the beginning, or during other series. I highly recommend it.
Initial pairing is working only with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and not with all of them. Seems like only 802.11b/g standard to be working. Also, had to disable all existing 5GHz network to connect. After initial connection, 5GHz can be re-enabled.
