Alza's speed of delivery is great, I'll give them that. Only this time it ended in disaster. I walked over to Alzabox, opened it, and immediately there was a problem. One of the syrups was broken and the contents spilled. The Alzabox itself was filthy with orange syrup before I could even take the package out. Result? Dirty hands and a dirty white shirt. And I was supposed to go to work. So thanks, Alza. Alza apparently does not address the sufficient packaging of fragile or liquid products, nor how couriers put the parcels into the boxes. If the bottle breaks, the syrup spills all over the area and affects other customers' shipments. Overall: fast shipping yes, but the quality of packaging and handling of shipments lags far behind. Cleaning orange stains off a white t-shirt before going to work is definitely not part of the shopping experience I pay for.
