Do not buy! This was a birthday present, but I don't think I've ever given anyone a bigger disaster. 😕 I was expecting a proper trolley, but what arrived was a dreadful and very flimsy flat-pack kit. The whole thing feels so fragile that you could probably just blow on it and it would all fall apart. It definitely doesn't match what I expected from the product. I returned it to Alza partially assembled. However, everything on Alza's side went perfectly – they confirmed my refund the very next day.
