The guide pin in the 13 PIN reducer did not match the cutout in the socket, I had to cut the pin out and cut it with a knife. Then the reduction could be used, otherwise not.
It took me a while to figure out how to put it on (there are no instructions), but it worked. It is necessary to insert at an angle of 45 degrees, not straight.
Before using it for the first time, I was missing instructions, or at least a warning that the inside of the reducer on the 13 pole side is rotatable, and moreover only to a certain extent. I already wanted to buy another one from a competitor under Alza in Prague 11 and return this one after buying another one, luckily they were already closed there on Friday evening. The owner of the rented trailer advised me how to do it the other day. The swivel mechanism was very stiff to turn into the correct position before the first use and was on the opposite side of the range, so the product was not at all easy to use for an inexperienced user who previously had a 7 pin socket on another car.
It works well, all the lights on the trailer worked as they should.
