The cable only has 3 wires inside, configured for the K-line protocol, which is only used by older KTM models. More modern ones (e.g. DUKE 790, 2019) already use the CAN protocol, for which this cable is useless. Moreover, all the pins are present in the OBD connector, so you can't even see it at a glance; you only find out by testing for continuity (and can confirm it by cutting the cable open).
I suppose it's not entirely the cable's fault. The Chinese are clever; they just make it and sell it. It's more an issue with the description, which doesn't state which protocol it's for, nor the internal pinout of the connectors, so you can't check before you buy.

The wiring isn't mentioned anywhere in the description, so one might naively assume that the wires for both indicators are connected and the cable is universal for all KTMs with this type of connector.
