Perfect not only for breakfast muesli, porridge etc. I can fit a more modest lunch in two parts or not use the top part and have a half liter for soup.
On the first attempt it did not seal 100% for the liquid content (soup). The second time it was ok, so hopefully the gasket "sealed".: )
