I've had it at home for about a month and a half and use it honestly 4 times a week. Don't expect a miracle after the first blink, it takes patience, but the results are there. I mostly use red light for regeneration and wrinkles. My skin feels so much juicier after using it and I feel like the texture around my cheeks has improved. When I get a pimple, I switch to blue light and by the next day it's much calmer and I feel like it heals faster. The only thing that annoys me are the velcro fasteners, sometimes my hair gets caught in them and it pulls quite a bit, so a ponytail is a must. It also takes discipline - once you've been doing it for a week, it shows. But if you can have that ritual and it doesn't end up in your drawer after a week, go for it. Top for me.
